ASASA (Victorian Branch) Annual General Meeting (AGM)
All members of the ASASA (VIC) are welcome and actively encouraged to attend the ASASA (Victorian Branch) Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The meeting will be held in person and on Zoom for those who cannot attend.
The AGM is followed by a casual dinner for those and their partners who are able to stay on.
Committee Membership:
Members may nominate for a committee membership either in writing, email, or by stating their nomination at the election time.
Voting:
Voting will be able to be done in the Zoom link and will be explained at the start of the meeting.
In accordance with the Constitution you must be a current financial member to vote.
Proxy voting is allowed.
Who:
All members of the ASASA (VIC) are welcome and actively encouraged to attend the ASASA (Victorian Branch) Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Timings:
1430 Meet and greet.
1500 AGM Commences.
1700 AGM Closes.
For those who are able to stay on:
1700 Pre-dinner drinks.
1800 Doors open for dinner.
1830 Dinner.
