All members of the ASASA (VIC) are welcome and actively encouraged to attend the ASASA (Victorian Branch) Annual General Meeting (AGM).
In accordance with the Constitution all members may attend and vote on any matters. They must be a current financial member to do so. No proxy voting is allowed.
Members may nominate for a committee membership either in writing, email, or by stating their nomination at the election time.
The meeting will be held in person and on Zoom for those who cannot attend.
Voting will be able to be done in the Zoom link and will be explained at the start of the meeting.
Caulfield RSL is hosting a Veterans Lunch from 1200 on Saturday. It is not part of the AGM and the RSL President, James Steedman, has made all ASASA members welcome to attend. A booking is essential.
The AGM is followed by a casual dinner for those and their spouses who are able to stay on.

1500 AGM Commences.
1700 AGM Closes.
