Toonagabbie Cenotaph dedication – 7th July 2024

Sian Diddams has invited any and all members and families to the unveiling and dedication of the Cenotaph at Toongabbie, Victoria. When:  7th of July. Timings: 0800 - Community Breakfast. 0900 - Cenotaph Service The unveiling will have a  light horse contingent & full of catapult party , as well as full honours from the RAAF Base in Sale Attendees are welcome to lay a wreath.  

2 Commando Company visit

The OC 2 Commando Company, who served in SASR, has invited current and past members for a tour of the newly upgraded facilities, talk some shop and then retreat to the mess as the team start to filter in at the end of their work evening. Many of us had our start at 2 Commando Company and previously we have presented the annual best Commando award. I am keen to re-establish our links with the unit as they begin their new Special Warfare role. I look forward to seeing you there.

SASR & CDO Pistol Shoot 2024 (Family Day)

All former and current members of SASR, their families and friends are warmly welcome to come along to the President's Shield SASR and CDO Pistol Shoot. This is a social shoot and is aimed at non-licensed shooters to experience a few shots down range. The minimum shooting age in Victoria is 12 years old so bring along your teenagers too.
