Members and families from ASASA (VIC) and ACA (VIC).

The Long Barrel Cup is a friendly rifle shoot organised by ASASA VIC and the Australian Commando Association (ACA VIC) that is aimed at getting a few shots down range.

We had a great turn out with 40 shooters, including both members and families, from both Associations taking part.

The Long Barrel Cup took place at SSAA Eagle Park Range, Little River, with the first serial at 25m and the second serial at 50m.

The Results

Based on the average of all shooters across both the 25m and 50m shoot, the winning Association for 2025 was ASASA VIC!

The Best Shooter for ASASA VIC was Matt Brunner, 20.2.

The Best Shooter for ACA VIC was Marc Preston, 25.9.

Fun For All Ages

Shooters as young as 12 years old took part.
