ASASA (VIC) Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Details:
All members of the ASASA (VIC) are actively encouraged to attend the ASASA (Victorian Branch) Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The meeting will be held in person and on Zoom for those who cannot attend.
The AGM is followed by the ASASA (VIC) Annual Dinner for those and their partners who are able to stay on.
Committee Membership:
Some longstanding members of the Committee will be stepping down at this AGM, and we are keen to have representation on the Committee of members from all eras of the Regiment.
Nominations are sought for the following roles:
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Communications Officer

Backup nominations will only be put forward for a given role if there are no other nominations for that role.
Voting:
Voting will be able to be done in the Zoom link and will be explained at the start of the meeting. In accordance with the Constitution you must be a current financial member to vote.

1430 Meet and greet.
1500 AGM Commences.
1700 AGM Closes.
For those who are able to stay on:
1800 Pre-dinner drinks.
1900 ASASA (VIC) Annual Dinner.
Dress:
Neat casual.
If you will be staying on for the Annual Dinner, please note the formal evening wear dress requirements for the dinner.
