The ASASA (VIC) Annual Dinner will be held on Saturday 6 September 2025 at the Kelvin Club Ballroom.
This special evening will coincide with the Regiment’s 61st birthday on 4 September, making it the perfect opportunity to reconnect, celebrate, and enjoy a memorable night together.

Photo Slideshow:
We will be showcasing a photo slideshow featuring the rich history and memories of SASR.
We invite all members, whether attending the dinner or not, to participate by uploading five photos each. We are looking for photos of training, operations, camaraderie, and any photos that are meaningful to you from all eras of the Regiment.
The photos will be displayed throughout the evening as part of the photo slideshow, and we would love to see your photos!
Who:
All former and current members of SASR (both members and non-members of the ASASA), their partners and families (adults).
Timings:
1800 Pre-dinner drinks.
1900 Dinner.
The ASASA VIC AGM will be held at the Kelvin Club on the afternoon of Saturday 6 September 2025 and will finish at 1700.
Please Note: You do not need to have attended the AGM to join for the dinner.
Cost:
$60 per person.
Thanks to our generous sponsors, tickets are only $60 per person which includes the 3 course dinner and everything above. Drinks are at member’s cost.

Dress:
Formal evening wear: suit with collared shirt and tie; cocktail or formal evening dress/skirt/pants/blouse.
This is not black tie. No berets or medals.
